Warner Companies, who served as Unified Community Connections chair for four years and will continue on the board as past chair. Kathleen Schneider, principal at Berkeley Research Group, will continue as vice chair of the board.

Lynch holds a master’s degree in education administration from McDaniel University and bachelor’s degree in special education and elementary education from Slippery Rock University.
